Shares

You can deal in all UK shares that can be settled through CREST. And you can deal on 18 markets in Europe and North America using CREST Depository Interests (CDIs).

To search for a specific share or price, enter the company name or symbol in the Quote Search box (available on every page in the left-hand navigation) and click on ‘Go'. You'll also find all the share prices listed in the Market View area of the website.

Collective investments

Collective investments include OEICs, unit trusts, investment trusts and exchange traded funds. These types of investments pool investors' money (spreading the risks) while giving you an opportunity to invest in overseas and emerging markets and specialist opportunities funds. To search our site for the entire available collective investments, go to Fund Finder, where you can use our drop-down menus to filter your search.

Unit trusts and OEICs
We offer more than 1000 unit trusts and OEICs from over 40 leading providers, which are listed below. We've negotiated a discount of up to 90% on the initial charge with many of the fund providers (and in some cases we’ve arranged a 100% discount) – we pass this discount on to you by buying extra units or shares in your chosen funds.

Investment trusts
Investment trusts are companies that invest in the shares of other companies. We offer a range of UK investment trusts, giving you an opportunity to deal in specialist and general markets and sectors. Go to our Fund Finder, select Investment Trust in the Fund Type drop-down menu and you can filter your search to find the Investment Trusts you're interested in.

Exchange Traded Funds and Exchange Traded Commodities
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are tracker funds that track the performance of particular stockmarket indices and sectors. And Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs) track commodities, such as oil or precious metals, and allow investors to gain exposure to them without taking physical delivery or trading futures.
