We will apply phone rates for any written instructions we receive.

* Our standard dealing commission rates will apply for the first 12 trades placed across your Nominee or ISA accounts, per calendar quarter. The Frequent Trader rate will apply to any additional deals you place in the same quarter. The rate applied will depend on whether the deal is placed online or by phone. Standard rates will resume at the beginning of the next quarter. The Frequent Trader rate does not apply to the Certificated Service or trades placed in OEICs or Unit Trusts.

* This charge is waived where an ISA is held within the same Lloyds TSB Share Dealing account.

Account charges are payable quarterly on the first working day after 6 January, 6 April, 6 July and 6 October, when the full quarter's fees are collected. If you join within 1 month of a charge date the charge will be waived.

ISA charges are based on the value of your portfolio as at the last working day of the previous month. We'll inform you by secure message or by post when these charges become due.

Interest Payable on Cash Balances

Interest is paid quarterly on 10 March, 10 June, 10 September and 10 December. We calculate interest daily on any cash balance in your accounts. We use the Lloyds TSB Bank Flexible Savings Account rate with the monthly interest option. This rate is available in branches of Lloyds TSB and on the www.lloydstsb.com website and may be varied by the bank at any time.
